Description

Grow educator confidence, capability, and strategic mindset by building strong student partnership into everyday practice to drive measurable improvements in student outcomes.

Education Services Australia (ESA) and The Eventful Learning Co (Eventful). are partnering with AISSA to deliver a practical, evidence-informed professional learning series that strengthens educator capability to embed student partnership in everyday practice. The series builds understanding of the pedagogy of partnership, strengthens improvement mindsets, and equips schools to meaningfully co-design with students in service of learning, wellbeing, and whole-school improvement.

The online program includes a full-day immersion and design workshop, two online coaching clinics to support real-context application, and a full-day integration and scaling session to consolidate learning and plan for sustainable embedding.

Participants access partnership tools, inquiry templates, a digital commons, and collaboration opportunities. Led by national experts John Cleary and Summer Howarth, the series blends evidence-based practice with practical, actionable routines.

Audience: Secondary STEM teachers and leaders

AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers: Focus areas 1.1, 1.2, 4.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4.

See the AISSA’s Professional Learning Terms and Conditions for the full registration terms and conditions including the cancellation policy. For program enquiries please contact Natalie Jonas.
